These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bigmsg online betting platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing bigmsg, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Deposits are credited instantly via BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals are processed within five minutes on average. All transactions are subject to identity verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the point of claim. Failure to meet rollover conditions within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus balance only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigmsg holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in the applicable offshore jurisdiction.
For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. bigmsg enforces this restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, all wagers will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts won through fraudulently obtained access.
2.2 Jurisdiction. By registering on bigmsg, you represent and warrant that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access. bigmsg does not make any representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
2.3 Indonesia Market Context. bigmsg's primary market is Indonesia. Users who are residents of Indonesia and are at least 21 years of age may register and use the Platform. By doing so, you acknowledge that you are acting on your own volition and accept full personal legal responsibility for compliance with any applicable Indonesian law.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP combinations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.5 Employee Exclusion. Current employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of bigmsg and its affiliated companies are not permitted to open a Member account or place real-money wagers on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To become a Member, you must complete the registration form on the Platform by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. bigmsg reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bigmsg will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify bigmsg immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on bigmsg are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bigmsg does not guarantee currency conversion services and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations where applicable.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. bigmsg is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Members prior to authorizing withdrawals and in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. By registering, you consent to and agree to cooperate fully with the KYC verification process.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you must provide the following:
4.3 Processing Time. Standard KYC reviews are completed within one (1) hour. Complex cases may require up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete.
4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, bigmsg reserves the right to suspend your Account and freeze all withdrawals until such documentation is received and verified. Deposits made during a suspended verification period are subject to return to the originating payment method after deducting any administrative fees.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. bigmsg accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP (bank transfers); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). All deposits are credited instantly upon payment gateway confirmation.
5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum single-transaction limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed on average within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000 may require additional security verification and up to 12 hours processing time. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification per Clause 4.
5.4 Wagering Before Withdrawal. To comply with AML regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in cumulative wagers (win or lose) before you can withdraw your balance. This applies to real-money deposits only — bonus funds are subject to separate rollover terms.
5.5 Source of Funds. bigmsg reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal denial and account suspension pending investigation.
5.6 Payment Mismatch. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If the name on your withdrawal bank account or e-wallet does not match your verified KYC identity, the withdrawal request will be rejected.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by bigmsg are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and validity periods disclosed at the point of claim. Bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount plus the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a 100% deposit bonus of Rp 500,000 on a Rp 500,000 deposit, you must wager Rp 10,000,000 before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward bonus rollover. Standard contribution rates are: Slots (100%), Live Casino (10%), Sportsbook (50%), Togel (25%). Specific promotion terms may vary these rates — always refer to the applicable promotion page.
6.4 Validity Period. Bonuses typically remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. If rollover requirements are not completed within this period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Your original deposited funds remain unaffected.
6.5 One Bonus Per Household. Only one active bonus per Member, per household, per IP address, per device is permitted at any time. Abuse of promotional offers through creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.
6.6 bigmsg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding bonus terms, bigmsg's decision is final.
7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers are subject to acceptance by bigmsg. We reserve the right to refuse or limit wagers at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected arbitrage, irregular betting patterns, or bonus abuse.
7.2 Bet Settlement. Sportsbook wagers are settled based on the official result announced by the governing body of the respective competition. Casino game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG). Togel draws are settled based on the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority.
7.3 Voided Bets. In the event a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Specific rules for each sport are available in our sportsbook rules section.
7.4 Technical Errors. In the event of obvious technical errors — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect bet confirmation, or game malfunction — bigmsg reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore Accounts to their pre-wager state. Members will be notified of such corrections via email or account notification.
8.1 Collusion & Syndicate Play. Collaboration with other Members to manipulate outcomes, share information, or gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
8.2 Arbitrage Betting. Deliberately exploiting odds discrepancies between bigmsg and other bookmakers to guarantee profit is prohibited. Accounts identified as engaging in arbitrage will be permanently closed.
8.3 Automated Betting. Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place wagers is strictly forbidden.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating deposits with other Members to exploit promotional offers, or placing strategically hedged wagers solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
8.5 Money Laundering. bigmsg operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Any activity suspected of being related to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Member's Account will be frozen pending investigation.
8.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after a deposit has been successfully processed and used to place wagers is considered fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and potential legal action.
9.1 Platform Ownership. All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and design elements present on the bigmsg platform are the exclusive property of bigmsg or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 License to Use. bigmsg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
10.1 Service Availability. bigmsg strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.
10.2 Third-Party Providers. Game outcomes from third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) are governed by those providers' certified RNGs. bigmsg is not responsible for technical issues originating from third-party game providers.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bigmsg's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. bigmsg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bigmsg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of bigmsg is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
12.1 Commitment. bigmsg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. We encourage all Members to gamble responsibly and within their means.

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
13.2 Termination by bigmsg. bigmsg reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Activities (Clause 8), provided false information, or engaged in conduct that is detrimental to bigmsg or its other Members.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must immediately cease all use of the Platform. bigmsg reserves the right to withhold any balance in terminated accounts pending investigation of suspected rule violations.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigmsg holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14.2 Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in the applicable offshore jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
14.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
15.1 Right to Amend. bigmsg reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
15.2 Acceptance of Changes. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account per Clause 13.1.
